Hyper-Longevity

Hyper-longevity is more than a medical concept—it is a philosophy that redefines aging for everyone.

Our goal: extend life expectancy while ensuring quality of life. For us, health means not only freedom from illness, but also energy, mental clarity, and joy in life at every age.

While conventional medicine usually reacts, we focus on prevention. We analyze biological processes at an early stage and intervene in a targeted manner—backed by over 30 years of experience. This approach is also described in a publication in Nature Medicine (Attia, Longo, Sinclair & Barzilai, 2023), which defines longevity as the framework medicine of the 21st century, with the core goal of extending the health span.

Numerous clinical and scientific studies support this approach. The DO-HEALTH study conducted by the University of Zurich (Nature Aging, 2025) showed that the combination of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, and exercise measurably slowed biological aging and significantly reduced the risk of cancer. New technologies such as plasma proteomics (Nature Medicine, 2025) also open up the possibility of determining the biological age of individual organs and show that a young brain and a strong immune system in particular are crucial for longevity.

Furthermore, concepts such as the longevity clinics presented in Springer (Bonnes et al., 2024) illustrate how modern prevention and therapy approaches can be implemented in interdisciplinary structures. Long-term studies in family cohorts (Nature Communications, van den Berg et al., 2023) also show that longevity is not only genetically determined, but can also be actively promoted through targeted lifestyle and medical interventions.

At the same time, we see longevity as a social responsibility. We stand for equitable access, ethical practice, and active research—so that longevity is not a privilege reserved for the few, but a prospect for many.
